| TAFE 学校概要 |

TAFE とは州立の高等職業訓練専門学校（Technical and Further Education )であり、大学と比較すると、全く違う特徴を持っています。
大学はいわば理論を学ぶ場であるのに対し、TAFE は実践的なことを身に付ける場。
実社会においてプロとして働いていくための実力を養うことが可能であり、
また多くの実社会で働いている方々が専門知識・実践力を強化するために働きながら TAFE にも通うことも多いところから、
その実用性は非常に高度であることが察することができます。
もちろんインターナショナル生も多く、英語コースも準備されており、質の高い実践力を身につけたい学生にはおすすめです。
また、 TAFE は提携大学を多く持ち、 TAFE の 1 〜 2 年コース（ Diploma) を取ると提携の大学の同コースの 2 年次以降に編入できることも多く、 TAFE で準備してから、大学へ編入するのはオーストラリア人のなかでもインターナショナル生にとっても非常にポピュラーで、
大学へのＳＴＥ ＰＵＰということ で、大学への ” Ｐａｔｈｗａｙ ” とも呼ばれます。州立であるだけに私立カレッジに比べ、
施設がはるかに優れており、またオーストラリア人の比率が非常に高いため、そのレベルは非常に高く設 定されています。
大学の進学も検討しているならば、どの TAFE がどの大学と提携を結んでいるかのCHECKをしておくことも非常に重要です。

This course is for people seeking the advanced skills and knowledge required to work independently or at a supervisory or managerial level in horticulture enterprise, or to operate a business within this industry.
